I liked our queen room with 3 beds. Best possible location, within walking distance of Chute du niagara.

We had a great 3-star experience here. Fast check-in was a bonus. The breakfast included toast, hot waffles and cheese, enjoyed this place.

All the facilities are new, fairly clean hotel, its location is magnificent to the Falls.

The property overall was clean and small, had perfect staff and food. Plenty of options for breakfast including toast, cheese and hot waffles.

As for me, the area was uncomfortable.

Well-kept hotel, the breakfast is awesome, marvellous location close to all the great shops.

The property was fairly clean and fabulous and the location was brilliant. The staff were sweet, very caring, would come there again. Warm & cosy unit with the jacuzzi's. I loved having milk, fresh bread, cereal, cookies and hardboiled eggs in the morning.

the staff was knowledgeable, the food was fabulous too. the beds were a bit hard here, though it was a fine stay all in all. safe area, ideal location.

This is surely the best smoke-free hotel, accommodating staff, non-smoking rooms. Plenty of food at continental breakfast including toast, hot waffles and cheese to order.

Overall very good stay. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to Chute du niagara. Fast check-in too. Moreover, it was easy to park on site.

The lobby was comfortable, I liked it. There was plenty of appetising options for American breakfast. All employees were funny and smiled at me. Its location was brilliant close to Niagara falls. .

The hotel was sublime and the location was unbeatable close to outlets, the falls and highway. Loved central heating, a refrigerator and a writing table in the room. Breakfast was awesome - plenty of meals - toast, cheese and hot waffles.

The central location, cool staff - fancy hotel. The bedrooms were comfortable. Situated in a nice area. I had a very delightful stay and would recomand this property.

Nicely furnished rooms, heated pool, super-friendly staff. Decent view, a nice balcony, soft bed, too. As we remember, there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Bella Vista Ristorante, situated within 10 minutes walk or so. Fresh food and nice service.

They provided a PARTICULARLY NICE American breakfast on site. Big suite and very comfy bed.

The staff was extremely helpful, the American breakfast was excellent and the room was nice. Bathroom was large, and the bed was good. Wonderful location, within walking distance of chute niagara. Relaxed by the pool, it was nice, especially when the weather was warm. Such wonderful overall experience.

The breakfast was above average and I loved the fact that the room had a very beautiful view. Bkfast staff was willing to help, I felt taken care of. It was nice having cable channels, a coffeemaker and a work desk. Perfect bed and modern bathroom. Isolated location to Hyde Park. The service was outstanding in my opinion.

In general, the hotel was very clean. The queen room had everything you need, a heating system, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Besides, parking was available on site.

Comfy bed and AMAZING location. A king size bed was a bonus. Free WiFi was a nice addition.
